Returns

You get a full 28 days to return a byCelebrity purchase if you are not happy in any way. So order today and try on tomorrow and if you would like to return simply send back to us, find our more below:

Any item may be returned within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact. Please contact our customer service team on customerservice@byCelebrity.com or call our dedicated customer service team on +44 (0)1243 513 757 to find out how to return the items(s). All items should be returned via an insured, traceable service to:

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after 28 days cannot be refunded.

Exchanging goods:

Please contact us directly on +44 (0)1243 513 757 should you need to exchange the item for another size. We will exchange the item depending on the availability. If you have any doubt before ordering the item such as celebrity clothes or anything else, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to advise you on the sizes and give you more information on the item.
