Our standard delivery is only £1.95 and our team will arrange delivery as soon as possible and may take up to a maximum of 2 to 3 days with a signature required on receipt. This is subject to payment authorisation and availability. If the item is not available at the time of purchase, we will make sure that we contact you straight away to inform you. Next Day and International delivery:

Our next day delivery is available Monday to Friday for all orders placed before 2.30pm. This is subject to payment authorisation and availability for next day UK orders. If the item is not available at the time of purchase, we will make sure that we contact you straight away to inform you.

The cost for a next day delivery or International Delivery usually 3 days is £4.50. As for the standard delivery, a signature will be required and please feel free to contact our customer service team on customerservice@byCelebrity.com if you have any special instructions.

Free delivery for orders over £100.00

At byCelebrity, we appreciate your business and we are happy to offer you a free next day delivery for orders over £100.00. This is subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. If one of the items you purchased is not available, we would still apply a free delivery if we have to send the item later. Stock availability:

We will only charge your card if the item you purchased is available. If the item is not available, we will make sure that we contact you straight away and we will only charge your card once we know when the item will be delivered and that you are fully happy with it.

Delays:

We aim to send products on the same day your order is placed before 2.30pm, whether it is a standard delivery or a next day delivery. If the delivery takes longer than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. Please note that some delays can be due to factors out of control such as postal strike.

Cancellation:

 We understand that you can change your mind. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If we have charged your card and the item has not left, then we will refund your card straight away. If the item has left, we will refund your card less the postage cost. It is very important for us to know as soon as possible and please call us straight away on 01243 513 757.
